MSM Vendor Application

Upon approval of application for each market date applied for, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 2 weeks of invoice(s) sent for each market date approved. If deposit is not received within 2 weeks of invoice(s) being sent, we will move to the next vendor on our waitlist. Remaining payment for each market date is due on the 15th of the month prior to market. (April 15th, August 15th, October 15th). If payment is not received on the 15th of the month prior, we will move to the next vendor on our waitlist.
Outdoor Tent Vendors- You will need to supply your own WHITE tent or contact Mustard Seed Market for other options. Outdoor Mobile Vendors- booth sizes to include from tongue of trailer to ramp and all exterior space needed. You will need to supply your own WHITE tent or contact Mustard Seed Market for other options if a tent is used in your setup. Food Trucks- you can use a generator or use our facility electric for $35/day. You will need to supply your own extension cord up to 75'. You will need to supply your own WHITE tent or contact Mustard Seed Market for other options if a tent is used in your setup.

For each 10x10 space, Mustard Seed Market provides you with 2 vendor passes. Ex. 10x30= 6 vendor passes provided. If more are required, please provide the amount needed in the above field. There will be a $5 charge on your invoice for each additional pass required.
